An experienced entrepreneur and senior administrator, Andrian Shapiro founded LBC Boston Partners more than 14 years ago. This multifaceted real estate organization does business in industries and market sectors that include community development, healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment. The managing partner of LBC since 2006, Andrian Shapiro currently oversees a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties that occupy more than a million square feet throughout the greater Boston area. Over the past three years, he has increasingly focused his attention on the nearby city of Quincy, Massachusetts, playing a key role in the residential and public works revival efforts of the Quincy Center Redevelopment Project.
Outside of the professional environment, Andrian Shapiro sits on the board of directors of Temple B'nai Moshe, a synagogue in the Boston neighborhood of Brighton. Over the past decade, Mr. Shapiro has made a number of financial contributions to Temple B'nai Moshe in order to fund general maintenance and make possible repairs to the building’s roof and HVAC system.
